From the moment I arrived, Mikel's genuine hospitality stood out as he went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in experience, even waiting for my delayed arrival. the hotel's prime location on a bustling pedestrian street, just a short walk from the beach, offered a perfect blend of convenience and charm. the complimentary toiletries provided were a thoughtful touch that elevated the overall experience. The room itself was cozy and inviting, with a tasteful parquet floor adding a touch of elegance to the space. I appreciated the modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV that provided entertainment after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. the proximity to Cafeteria Jolas and other dining options made it convenient to indulge in the local culinary delights. Pension Basagoiti truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it a memorable and highly recommended stay in this picturesque old town.
